By accessing or using the GlowUp mobile application, website at glowuphealth.co, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.

GlowUp is not a healthcare provider, medical device, or licensed medical professional. GlowUp is a technology company that provides wellness information and educational tools.

The Services are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider.

AI-Generated Content: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You should independently verify any AI-generated information with qualified healthcare professionals.

Biological Age: Biological age calculations are estimates based on limited biomarkers and may not reflect your true physiological state. Reference ranges vary between laboratories and populations.

Assumption of Risk: By using the Services, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with uploading health data, acting on information provided, and decisions regarding your health.

GlowUp provides a mobile application that allows you to upload and analyze lab reports, track biomarkers, calculate biological age, receive AI-powered health insights, track supplements and nutrition, connect with Apple HealthKit, and interact with an AI chat assistant.

You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your device and credentials. Your health data is stored in our secure cloud infrastructure using enterprise-grade encryption.

You agree to use the Services lawfully, provide accurate health information, not rely solely on the Services for health decisions, and consult qualified healthcare professionals. You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.

The Services and all content are owned by Gold Tusk Inc. or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a license to process it for providing the Services.

The Services may integrate with Apple HealthKit, AI service providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid in the six months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gold Tusk Inc. from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms, use of the Services, or health decisions based on information from the Services.

Binding Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, not in court.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as part of any class or representative proceeding.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to privacy@glowuphealth.co within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GlowUp. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
