What is GlowUp?
GlowUp is personal health intelligence: it reads your data, studies the research, checks in daily, and tells you what matters — instead of leaving you to read charts on your own.
Does it really do things on its own?
GlowUp checks in with you every day, reads your connected wearables automatically, scans new research and surfaces what's relevant to you, and reminds you what to focus on. You decide changes to your plan together with GlowUp.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT answers when you ask. GlowUp watches your whole health, is grounded in your own labs and wearables, reads the latest research for you, checks in without being asked, and measures your progress against your own last week.
How do I upload a lab report?
Tap the upload button on your Dashboard, or open a lab report PDF or image directly in GlowUp from your Files app. GlowUp reads it automatically — extracting your biomarkers so it knows your baseline.
What is biological age?
Biological age is an estimate of how old your body is based on your bloodwork, using the clinically validated PhenoAge algorithm. It may differ from your chronological age depending on your health markers — and it gives GlowUp a real baseline to measure your progress against.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. Your health data is encrypted at rest using AES-256, with sensitive fields encrypted in our database and protected by industry-standard security. HealthKit data never leaves your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my data?
To delete your data, email support@glowuphealth.co and we'll process your request within 60 days.
